Perfect for couples
Positive: The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is safe, even at night. The place is also perfect for singles or couples; there is a small kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
Negative: The door is a little difficult to open, but it is not a big issue, everything else was fine.

Positive: A mini-palace for Manhattan standards at this price point. Everything you need, gorgeous older building, high ceilings. Real, authentic New York neighborhood/experience.
Negative: Just be careful walking around if you’re by yourself at night.

Positive: This property gave home vibes. Very chill space served its purpose of what I was looking for.

Great location for upper west side destinations but totally inadequate facilities.
Positive: Location
Negative: Bathroom was smaller than an airplane bathroom! If you’re 6ft tall you CANNOT fit in the shower. The window doesn’t open so no access to fresh air, cool air or just air.
